“The Bangor YMCA has a cardio gym upstairs and a heavy weights gym downstairs, 2 swimming pools (Aloupis is cold, Means is warm), and a sauna in the locker room. Bangor doesn't have any steam room or hot tub - unless their new location on Main Street hopefully will.”

“The staff was friendly and very helpful in choosing our new family member. We adopted our Rudy a 14 plus-year-old, all black with green eyes, domestic short hair. Perfect temperament and manners for our family and especially our autistic grandson. We hope someone welcomes Rikki into their home soon. Just a bit too spicy for the grandson.”
