I've been using this facility for a couple years now, and the staff is always helpful and friendly when you need them, the facility is ALWAYS clean, temp always perfect. I know I can store whatever I need and not worry about the security of it or it being ruined by climate.

I had storage locker at Bangor location on Stillwater. Compared to any of my past experiences with storage facilities, they stand out. Super friendly, accommodating to my needs, climate controlled. The prices are straight forward, no hidden BS (except the unit insurance but thats pretty standard nowadays) Definitely worth your efforts if you find yourself in need of some extra space to put your things.

Prime Storage is a relatively new option that I’ve found to be a great solution for storing my extra household items. The unit sizes are a perfect fit for my needs, and I genuinely appreciate the friendly and helpful management team. Additionally, the fact that most of the units are climate-controlled is a significant advantage, especially when I compare it to my previous storage experience, which lacked proper security despite having the same rental costs. The service and cleanliness I’ve encountered at Prime Storage really set a high standard for what customers can expect from a storage facility.

Came in for a tour. Facility was very clean and well organized. Spoke with the manager Haley. She was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

Good storage place. Climate controlled. Unfortunately the web prices do not disclose a mandatory extra fee for insurance unless you show them a homeowners policy that covers your storage. Also they charge extra if you want to access your storage outside 'normal' hours even though it is the exact same electronic access.
