I've dedicated my business to Day's jewelers on Stillwater Ave sense 2015; unfortunately after my phone call with cadence ended moments ago, I have no option but to shop elsewhere for my white gold diamond filled pen that she doesn't remember ever selling and will have to pull up my account & after that, says ayh yes! I see you bought the brand specific twistable ink pen & the answer is still no... sorry have a good day• added a ? after talking to Kourtney I guess I've got to go to staples ?♀️ •

I’m in Canada and I was on the hunt for a specific watch that my husband so badly wanted due to his fathers passing. I searched high and low, I found one at Days and when I purchased the watch, I was contacted due to that watch being defective.. OH NO! honestly, I was crushed and it was the ONLY one. I was then contacted again and they had found another one they didn’t know they had.. can you say “meant to be”? Anyways, the customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely purchase from here again, and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Got my ring back from repair today on valentine's day, store had promotion for free chocolate and roses if you spent ¼ what I did. Doesn't apparently count.... only person leaving the store with jewelry and no free gifts.....

Paul and Kate were absolutely phenomenal. My partner and I went to see what kind of rings we would like, and the two of them helped so much with sizing, cut, shape, etc. They were kind and attentive and so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to purchase my partners wedding ring from here.

I’ve always gotten my jewelry from Day’s, my whole family does! It’s always a wonderful experience with friendly staff. I went in recently to have my ring cleaned and new battery put in my watch. When Paul brought them over he was nice, funny, and so generous offering the watch battery as a Christmas present! It’s those little personal touches that make a great business.

Absolutely horrible jewelers at the Bangor Maine location. They lost a diamond from my bracelet as well as lost my bracelet itself. My beautiful engagement ring they’ve had for 2 months is now set with my wedding band that they made way too small! The size they needed to match my wedding band was in their facility for months in front of them and now my whole ring is ruined!! The rings are off center and don’t add up. My original ring I had is now not looking like a high end quality job, my wedding band is uneven and rough feeling. Absolutely rude service members who don’t even call you back! I had custom earrings made and they basically used a bolt that’s hurtful on the ears and about the size of a beginner gauge!!!Horrible horrible horrible!!!

The first time we visited the Auburn Days jewlers for a repair they were wonderful and professional you couldnt even tell it has been broken when we picked up our necklace. This time was completely the opposite and I don't even know what happened to the product honestly it looked better broken. Also my husband got a snarky comment from the women stating "you probably should tell your wife to take her necklace off when she goes to bed" which isn't how it got broken and he made sure to correct her. very unprofessional.

Would not recommend the Nashua location. The manager was very flustered and overwhelmed as soon as my family walked in the door. We had visited the location around Christmas and masks were not required, but now Nashua has a mandate( no fines). The man said he has to keep his employees safe, but I guess that didn’t matter 2 months ago? ( not all staff was wearing them at that time) Another employee spoke up and said we had already been in the store too long without a mask. What is the CDC recommended time limit? There is none. In the end we were being discriminated, can’t wear the masks for various private reasons and took our business someplace else. - And will in the future.

I made an appointment August 13 2020 to have my watch battery replaced.I didn't remember to pick it up until I found a receipt while cleaning.I figured, if it's gone it's gone. (they are not responsible for items left after 60 days)It was a Skagen watch, not expensive.. no real reason to keep it for a year...it wasn't like it was a Rolex or Omega.AMAZINGLY. On Sept 8 2021 it was still there. One drawer was opened and there was my watch. It literally took 10 seconds to find my watch, AFTER A YEAR.I was treated as if I had a 10 thousand dollar item and not a 50 dollar watch.To all the employees that work there.Thank You.

I recently bought my wife a pair of earrings for our anniversary and the people at Day's were wonderful to deal with. I don't live near any of their locations, but I called and asked to have it shipped to me and they took care of it for me! The quality of their products is great. My wife's engagement ring and my wedding ring are also from Day's and we couldn't be happier with them.

Not only is the store as beautiful as the gems and jewelry but the people working there are just as amazing. Everyone is so talented and kind, always going a step beyond to help you find or design what you want. The auburn location is wonderful.

The consultant was really great about knowing the style I liked and finding similar ones to what was drawing my eye. She provided so much helpful information and was very knowledgeable about everything. The process was amazing and I didn’t feel pressured at all!

TWICE I HAD A CLASP PUT ON MY DIAMOND BRACELET THE STAFF DID NOT LISTEN THE LAST TIME IT WAS BROKEN HAD TO DRIVE 3 TIMES TO THE STORE THEY DID NOT REPLACE JUST STRAIGHTENED THE PREVIOUS WORK AND I LOST 2 DAYS LATER PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER STORE IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD LOSERVILLE LOST MY FAVORITE 3000.00 DOLLAR BRACELET THEY WER SO WORRIED AS YO HOW MUCH IT WAS WORTH RATHER THE REPAIR I HAVE POSTED THIS REVIEW TWICE AND THEY REMOVE IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THE QUALITY OF WORK
