Do NOT buy the Spypoint trail cams that Dick’s sells. When I reported a bug in Spypoint’s website UX/payment system, they very creepily said the only way to address the issue was for me to let them into my OS. I’m stunned that Divk’s would partner with such a highly sus company like Spypoint. Especially since security is SUPPOSED to be the focus of their business.

WARNING- assistance from the employees simply will not happen at this location so if that is what you’re looking for, save your time and go somewhere else.If you are desperate and need an item last minute, like me, you will be left to fend for yourself if you need any help finding the right size.I went to the customer service desk and asked if they had a jacket in a different size. The prepubescent boy told me with confidence they did not have the size I was looking for. So I was like no problem and I went to my car to order the jacket to be shipped to my home instead. I noticed under the item it said, 1 left in stock at this location. Out of curiosity, I attempted to order it on their website for in store pickup and sure enough, the order was completed and I got the jacket I was asking for within 20 minutes.This means the employee straight up lied to me to avoid walking to the back of the store so he could go back to talking to his girlfriend behind the counter. ?

The shoe department people are so knowledgeable that they can tell you without even going out back that they don't have the size of many of the brands that are out on the floor. Hell they know they don't have that size even though the website says they do. I guess what is our on the floor are the ONLY sizes available. Another interpretation of this scenario is that the guy and girl who were working there when I visited were in fact took busy talking to one another and too damn lazy to be bothered to do their job and check ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK, to see what sizes were available. The cashier at the front had an excellent personality though

The selection of available products to browse is limited and the store is a mess. there’s never any staff around to help. shop online instead.
