Took forever to get my dvd....probably 6 weeks. Come to find out he had gone away.

I found some VCR tapes from 30 years ago and Kimball converted them to MP4's for me. I was able to upload them to the internet and share them with friends and family. The quality was excellent and the memories will now last a lifetime. I highly recommend the Digital Workshop as the product and customer service is excellent.
