I'm not impressed with Enterprise. Expected to spend around $700 for a two week rental. That's what the website and person on the phone said. After paying $25 a day for insurance and a $300 deposit, it was $1500. Really put a dent in the vacation plans. I'm not complaining so much about the price as much as I feel Enterprise could have been more transparent upfront. I'll think twice about calling Enterprise to rent a car again.Two stars is because the car is nice. Otherwise, it would have been one star.

5 stars for Shelly and ONLY Shelly!! Exceptional customer service, and has more than 10x the common sense of any other Enterprise worker, especially in Maine! Give this lady a promotion and a raise, please and thank you.

The first car they gave me had a check engine light on. But I was already heading out because I needed to get to my destination. So the following morning I went back to exchange the vehicle. The vehicles was short and because of my height, I prefer full size vehicles. The airport was full and after I spoke with Elizabeth Ruiz not only was the line 20 people deep, she still insisted on helping me trying to find me a vehicle. 2 or 3 hours later she found me a vehicle and she still handed on those customers who was impatient. She was on the phone and radio saying she need cars and having the customer’s wait. She is a trooper and she handled business like a true professional. I really appreciate her. As I was returning my vehicle, she was at the front desk and we talked and laughed about the whole experience. I really do appreciate her for taking the time and energy to make sure every customer was satisfied. Thank you very much Elizabeth. You are an Angel. ?

At least 20 person line with 2 people working. Vehicle that we reserved was not available, which begs the question what are reservations really for. We were sent away with an SUV that was smaller than what we reserved, that had issues with the radio that made it and the vehicle overall unusable, and were still charged for the luxury suv that we rented. No attempts to make things right. No apologies. Just unpleasant overall. Terrible start to a landmark birthday celebration. I really wish I had something positive but I don’t. At all.

Check in was very easy.Very nice staff, I have card for Roxanne, so perhaps that is who helped me.The car I received had a dent, made me nervous, I telephoned and was told to take a photo of the dent, made me feel better.

Line to rec a car was a bit long but moved quickly. We did not get the car we reserved but it was clean. Drop off was a breeze. Wish it didn’t cost so much.

as far as reserving a week and a half out from my trip there, I had absolutely no issues getting in and out. had my rental for a week and returned it and checked out in the parking lot with the gentleman there collecting the keys. quick and easy experience if you rent out ahead of time!

We have a reservation for a car that was made months ago. We were told our car will be available in 30 mins. We are now at 90 minutes with nothing but excuses coming from the staff.It appears that management did not have enough cars available today. Awesome way to begin a vacation. Thanks Enterprise.

The Bangor airport had the friendliest staff! They were so helpful. Overall I enjoy renting from Enterprise more than other companies. Their customer service is excellent.

For the most part my experience was good but not exceptional. The vehicle I had requested was not available and there were no comparable vehicles except a truck which I accepted. Having made reservations well in advance, I would have thought Enterprise would accommodate me. The staff was very courteous and helpful both on receiving and the return of vehicle.

Amazing customer service. I accidentally booked an off-site Enterprise vs the airport one. They picked us up, hooked us up with a BMW and were overall the best.

Local staff was very helpful and accommodating at the airport.There was a big dent on the side of our rental car when we picked it up, so we took a photo, and it's a good thing we did since the car was apparently not inspected before we picked it up and they initially tried to blame us for the damage.

Was super nervous dropping off at Bangor Airport from another location, but it was so easy. Dropped it in a special rental lot labeled Enterprise, walked into Airport door and there it was. I settled up, and security check in was right there, and off to Philadelphia I went.
