As a person that has anxiety prior to interactions like this, I left calm and collected. I was able to do what I walked in for and leave. I only leave a review if there is a real good reason, and this was it for me. This never happens to me. Knowledgeable and respectful employee (one that didnt' seem to hate their job) got me in and out.

I received a text from FedEx a delivery would be scheduled this day, I received a message from them they would have to reschedule for the following day. This was unacceptable due to neither of us would be able to go down stairs and sign for the package, so I called them up. When I called their customer care line and eventually received a human representative and my problem was taken care of in less than 5 minutes (Thank you again Rafael)

Driver saying they made attempt to deliver when in fact he never stopped the truck at my home nor was there a notice left saying he was there. That would be amusing in its self because I was there waiting !! They have lately just left pa jagged outside where anyone can take them. What happen to the drivers who rang the door bell to let you know they were there ??? Not impressed with the excuses I received when I called to find out what was going on.
