One of the few places in the area that has a sauna.

Serious gym with good equipment for lifters, at least one of just about anything you'd want to use (with the curious exception of a seated press rack). Good crowd and usually comfortably busy but not crowded. I can't speak to the group fitness classes but they sound like they're having a good time.

Excellent gym. Large with all the equipment necessary for a great workout.
