Serious gym with good equipment for lifters, at least one of just about anything you'd want to use (with the curious exception of a seated press rack). Good crowd and usually comfortably busy but not crowded. I can't speak to the group fitness classes but they sound like they're having a good time.

A gym community with areas for personal or group workouts. Real lifting equipment and plenty of cardio equipment. Enjoyed my first day

The staff is always friendly when I walk in the door and I’ve had very pleasant conversations with the other patrons. I only wish the gym had a better layout but hey, that’s Maine, you work with what you got. Much rather the gym as is than none at all!
