JOANN Fabric and Crafts is a one-stop shop for all creative passions, inspiring creativity and self-expression with project supplies and crafts. It offers a great selection for DIY needs, including scrapbooking products, beads, baking supplies, yarn, sewing machines from top brands, Cricut products, fabric, and holiday items. It is truly the place where America's sewers and crafters shop, discover, and learn. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. Customers usually find what they need and can find everything they are looking for. However, the store's appearance is disappointing and past due for an updated look. The outside facade is an ugly beige color, chipped and dingy. The inside has missing ceiling tiles and leaks, needing work. The parking lot is horrible, derelict, littered with huge and hazardous potholes that are like craters, and it seems to have been bombarded. It has not had attention in over a decade and is dangerous.

Many of the overhead lights are out, causing the store to have a very dark appearance. Helpful associates! Olivia was friendly and offered coupons at checkout. Another associate incredibly resourceful in helping me find something specific.
