“Sales team very polite and quick to help us with selecting and purchasing a new recliner. Just be sure you check your boxed items to make sure they are what you purchased. We purchased a gray chair and got all the way home to find out the sales lady keyed in the wrong color and we had a tan one. It was pouring rain and we had to box it back up and drive it back to the store to get the one we wanted. We called in advance and the lady on the phone sounded like it was our mistake but we obviously had been looking at a gray chair. Regardless, the new one was ready when we got there and the warehouse staff was wonderful! Apologetic and it wasn't their fault. We would definitely buy there again but just be more diligent about checking the item before leaving.”

We had a great experience overall! While there were a few hiccups along the way, the way they handled everything truly went above and beyond. The washing machine we received initially didn’t work properly, and at 4 PM—late in the day—they arranged for a different one to be delivered and installed that same evening so we wouldn't be without for the weekend. The owner even personally called to make sure it would get done—and it was!
We also bought a dishwasher that couldn’t be installed due to a flooring issue. They asked us to remove part of the flooring, which we did, and they returned to complete the install at no extra charge.
The installers were also incredibly respectful—after tracking in some mud, they literally got down on their hands and knees to clean it up.
Top-notch customer service and follow-through. Highly recommend!”
