“I stopped in before the holiday weekend and needed help finding the right cord for my recliner. I met Matt S, the service manager, and he worked with me until we found the right parts to make it work. He really went out of his way to figure out the issue, and he didn't give up. Matt gave me better-than-expected service and helped me get exactly what I needed. Thanks for your help Matt, I'll be back when it's time to buy new because I know how well issues are handled when this level of service is the standard.”

“Krista was welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. She was always there to answer our questions but at the same time, she gave us our space to look around. It was a good experience!”

“We had a great experience at the Bangor Sleep Number store. The sales person was not pushy in the least. She earnestly and carefully listened to our needs and guided us to a mattress she thought could work for us. Interestingly, it was not at the top of the line or anywhere near! She carefully walked us through the paperwork with clarity and sense of humor. I had dreaded going into a retail store since I had memories quite unlike this, but we actually had a good time shopping there. I highly recommend going to the store, especially if you are looking online and think it would be easier to just buy it online. For us, the mattress we ended up with was not the one we thought we would get after shopping their web site. We ended up buying a less expensive one!”
