“Stopped in to buy a mask to use while I was in Bangor. Talked with the folks inside and, although they didn't have my specific headgear, they found a different model that would work and gave it to me at no charge! Fantastic place and would reccommend to anybody looking for CPAP supplies.”

Josephs’s hospital pulmonary department.Both times he personally brought me oxygen tanks at both locations. He was very professional and kind while helping me get through the crisis that day. When I got home 2 hours later I had multiple tanks waiting for me at home. He was wonderful.”

“Brian did an outstanding job, going above and beyond to make sure the shower chair we ordered worked. He had a very small bathroom to work with and when the chair arrived facing the wrong direction he made it his mission to help us. After multiple attempts to get it to work in this tiny bathroom (and spending over an hour longer than planned) he took the chair back to research alternative solutions. He contacted the manufacturer and made the modifications needed then checked and rechecked it to be sure it worked and was safe. I’m so confident he will exceed our expectations that I’m writing this review before he’s even been back to install the chair. Thank you Brian and NSM Bangor for making this possible!”
