“I usually avoid this store because I’m plus sized, and there are not always clothes that fit me here. However, today I came in for the bouncy ball machine because my brother has Autism and loves bouncy balls, and there are big ones here that he does not have.
Not only did JACOB go out of his way to help me exchange some cash for a lot of quarters, but he went out of his way to help me find the clothing item I was looking for, for my brother. I am likely to come back now, and this was not the case before my visit today.

“The customer service I received was outstanding. I believe the employee’s name was Matt because I heard someone else say it but I should have asked. I asked to see some rings but really didn’t know what I wanted, and also wasn’t sure about sizing. They were so helpful and so patient and picked ones that they thought would suit me or just that they liked. It was really fun, it felt like I was shopping for a friend. I ended up coming home with two of their picks!”
