I were road tripping from Toronto Canada to Acadia and had some car troubles. The service team was so accommodating to squeeze me in for emergency repairs. Brad Decesere (service consultant) was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the process simple and stress free.Thank you Brad!

I have been trying via the telephone for 2 days to speak with someone to schedule service. All you get are recordings or if lucky a live operator who tells you they are understaffed and will try to get back to you, but they never do. This is the lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. How does this concern stay in business?Follow-up review 9/5/23. After my initial negative review I received an email from their Internet Director(ID) stating the service mgr. would call to schedule appointment. He did call and an appointment was set for 2 weeks out. They have limited resources, 2 people which includes the manager in the service department.Later I sent an email to the ID requesting the service manager’s email such that I could send him a list of items to be checked while he my vehicle and to request a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on. He called instead and I was told there would likely be 2 service calls required due to their lack of parts. The first call would be to diagnose the problem, the second would be to fix it. He also told me I likely would be charged for both even though the vehicle is still under warranty and that no loaner vehicle would be offered on the first call and perhaps none on the second as well.As we talked I asked about a new service “ Hey Mercedes ChatGPT Beta:Your Voice Assistant, elevated.“. He appeared unfamiliar with it. As I gathered additional information for him I found myself disconnected. He never called me back and I knew from previous experience it would be a waste of time for me to try to call him.I expected much better service from Mercedes. Quirk is a poor representative of such a respectable company. In speaking with others I’ve learned my Quirk Mercedes experiences are not unique. They no longer do business here.

2016 Mercedes Sprinter service Van with115k miles and scheduled for a fair amount of expected service:Inspection, front Tires, front brakes, brake line, drive shaft bearing, tail pipe, emissions recall under warranty brought to my attention after I dropped off the van.I called in for an appointment, knowing it would be a bit, but this allowing the dealership to source necessary parts during the time in between. Then decided to drop the van off a week early in the chance they had some service scheduled changes.To my surprise, I received a call only two days after my drop off and everything was complete. On top of that the estimated costs associated were less than anticipated.The company I am employed with has several Mercedes Cargo vans, two of which are serviced in Bangor. David Quirk and his team at Quirk Mercedes Bangor are top notch and always provide the best service to their abilities. I also work in the service industry and know the challenges we all face right now, between limited parts inventory and not enough manpower, It can be a real struggle. In the end, we are all working for the same goals and customer satisfaction is always first. After dealing with two Mercedes dealerships in Northern Virginia, I drove 11 hours each way to pick up my new car from Quirk Mercedes because their customer service and experience was phenomenal on all levels! The entire team made the experience most enjoyable.

The most horrendous service I have ever experienced. They took 3.5 MONTHs to service and incorrectly diagnose my vehicle. After which I got stranded on the side of the road again with a similar issue which I found out from another dealer that ALL of the $2300+ work they did was either not necessary or jury-rigged and not done correctly. There were covers of parts they serviced missing and non-OEM items they found in the van to get it to start. I am now dealing with pitted brake rotors due to the van sitting idle for so long in their incompetent service department! Stay tuned if they pay me back for their complete ineptitude.

We have car maintenance service there at 2pm. And the technician said the car should be done in 1hr30mins and their van will pick us up to get our car back In 1hr30mins. We wait until 5:30pm and have no one call us. When we call back they said everyone already home and the service office already close. It’s no way we can get our car back until tomorrow. Very disappointed

Car buying was very easy with this team. I dropped by this dealership with no clue what I was going to do. In about two hours I left with a Brand new GLA250 at a great rate and payment. Katelyn was very helpful and personable. Thanks for all of the help!
