Northern Light Pharmacy State Street is a long-established community pharmacy offering a large variety of over-the-counter items, Home Health Care products, and specialty pharmacy services. The clinical pharmacists provide diabetes education and smoking cessation. It is noted for having very good pharmacists and staff who are knowledgeable and can answer medication questions. The store carries a wide selection, often at lower prices than other chains. Customer conveniences include a helpful drive-through for those with mobility issues, free local delivery, and great hours. Many customers highly recommend it for prescriptions and describe it as a great pharmacy.
The pharmacist was great and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated, especially when I had questions on a new medication. They staff seem to have improved and/or changed since they moved to the new location. The new location is clean. The drive thru is a bit intimidating because once you are in it you cannot get out until you are thru the line, so just be sure you have time to wait in case someone holds up the line.
