I highly recommend Natural Nails! The new ownership has made such a positive difference—the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is so friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about their customers. My nails have never looked better!

I have had my nails done from the West Coast to the East Coast to the deep south and England and I can say by far that Anna did the best job EVER. She is very kind, knowledgeable and patient. She worked for over two hours trying to correct what another technician epically failed at doing. If you are a current customer STAY here or If you’re looking For the best nail experience around go see Anna at Natural Nails! I cannot say enough good things about everyone there!

I’ve always loved Natural Nails, but recently found out it changed ownership. I still had a great experience. Anna did my mani/pedi and was so sweet. She even gave me some cuticle oil to take home! There’s a great selection of gel colors and even more options/services than there were before. Thanks for the great experience, can’t wait to go back!

I have wide fingers so finding a nail salon that can do them right seems impossible but Anna did such a good on my nails! I cant wait to come back again.

I went here yesterday.
Everything was great.
And I see a lot of negative comments about the owners when they are not true.
I feel there is unfair competition here.

— Natural Nails is NOT the same anymore
I used to be a loyal client at Natural Nails for years, but ever since the new owners took over, everything has gone downhill fast. The atmosphere is completely different — cold, unwelcoming, and disorganized. The staff that made the place feel like home are no longer there, and the new management clearly doesn’t care about customer service.
To make things worse, the prices have skyrocketed for the same (if not worse) quality. They’re overcharging for basic services and cutting corners left and right. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. It’s clear that it’s all about money now — not the loyal clients who supported this place for years.
Save your time and your money. There are much better places in the area that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.
