I showed up on a weekday at 9:45 am but apparently old Navy doesn't want business from people who get up and going at a decent hour. It's a shame such a big and popular store chain can't be bothered to have decent hours. I guess I'll never know what I could have bought inside.

I live pretty far away. To drive several towns over, spend the money, drive all the way home, and to discover the night before a dress up day for the sports team that the security tag was not removed at the time of purchase? That’s wicked disappointing and inconvenient. Gas is almost $4 a gallon right now. I mean, if I have to drive all the way back there again just to have something done that should have been done when I checked out, at least offer me a coupon towards my next purchase when I call to complain about it. Jeez Louise. I would have wound up spending more money there when I inevitably have to come back instead of leaving a bad google review.

Not always a fan of big corporate stores, but then people like Kaitlyn, at this Old Navy, remind you how wonderful of an experience it can be. Had to return an item I really loved, due to a defect, but couldn't exchange it as there were no more. She returned it and ordered one to be delivered to me. Her professional and kind demeanor were so appreciated and reflect so well on this store and its employees. Pleasure shopping here.
