Bangor Mall, a regional, one-level, enclosed, and climate-controlled shopping center, offers over 60 unique stores and concepts, including anchor tenants JCPenney, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Furniture, Mattresses & More. The mall provides a range of dining options, from sit-down restaurants like Pizzeria UNO to grab-and-go choices such as DQ Grill & Chill and Chick-fil-a. Conveniently located off I-95, Bangor Mall serves the nearby communities of Penobscot, Piscataquis, Aroostook, and Hancock counties, as well as the eastern provinces of Canada. While the mall has experienced some challenges, with vacant storefronts and a less-than-ideal exterior appearance, it still maintains a selection of popular retailers, including Spencer's, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, and Hot Topic. The mall also hosts local businesses and theater groups, providing a unique shopping experience. Visitors can enjoy the mall's photo booth, arcade games, and the opportunity to create their own stuffed animals at an affordable price. Despite the changing times and the potential for future changes, Bangor Mall remains a favored destination for shoppers in the top two-thirds of Maine.
like the place but it's all lifeless unless its a craft fair.

Depressing. Not much left there. 🤞They can bring it back to life. Dicks is still a good place to stop by and you can always find a good deal at JCP.

Used to visit the Bangor mall often when I was younger. Recently went back to check out how it is now. Oh what a mistake that was haha. It’s simply depressing how it has deteriorated. I wouldn’t say it’s the malls fault or anything. Online shopping was probably what did them in.
