Was told that due to having to work Monday through Friday they could have a loan officer in on Saturday, Saturday came and was told there was nobody in to be able to do that...even though an appointment was made so it was "garenteed" that someone would be in. Very very unprofessional.

Talk about being undervalued. Over the last 2 years I have made great strides to repair my credit. I've stayed home, every day, to insure my money went to old debts. I have increased my credit score by 100 points in the last few months. I asked this bank for help, I have been with them for 2 years, put over 100K through my account in that time, yet, I'm just not good enough. It's crazy to learn that small town banks no longer help the small town people anymore. It's horrifying to know that the 2 years I have spent loyal to this bank means absolutely nothing. I have put up with my card not working while having $400 in groceries standing at the register with a crowd behind me, I have put up with them providing inaccurate information to me, I put up with all their short comings yet where are they when I need their help. If I'm at the mercy of the Fed, even with a small bank, then what's the advantage of their bank. I can go to a much bigger bank, I still may not qualify for a loan right away, but they have discounts on hotels, car rentals, and travel in general. They have retirement/investment opportunities, discounts on insurance, and much more. They can offer Secured or Unsecured Loans and credit cards. They also have many ways to show their appreciation other than saying No followed by repeated apologies. If I have to have a bank, and all banks fall under the same federal authority, then why have a small-town bank that can't keep their debit cards working? So I will be leaving this bank for a bigger bank with a bigger capability to help their customers. If you feel undervalued at this bank, I think it's time to change it up.

They are my best and nicest friends, especially when I check in with them, and when they cash my checks, turn piles of change into cash, and even serving me Friday popcorn! :D

Horrible tellers, they make you feel like criminals for trying to cash a paycheck, I wouldn't even give them a star. Their customer service is non existent and as they may try to follow bank procedures, they do not care about the average person trying to make a living. HORRIBLE, and I repeat, HORRIBLE customer service. Take the time to create an account with a bank that will be fair at every branch, not just the ones that might know you.
