“Bought two Oscars here one didn’t make it. I’ve had my tank for over four years. My water is absolutely fine. The fish was just sick as they just got them in the night before. I called and they were extremely helpful and willing to replace the Oscar for another. I love that they ask people questions to make sure there tanks are cycled and the right size for the fish they’re interested in instead of just selling the fish to people”
“Nice place, they sell the long beef sticks my dogs love. However reading the ingredients on their dog food and treats, I put the packages back. I refuse to feed my German Shepherds anything with canola oil or with chicken meal by products. I wished they would carry more wholesome grain free dog food and or treats made with only beef.”
“Everyone here is great! I have never had a bad experience when needing supplies. The employees don't hound you but do check in with you in case you can't find something.”
“Called looking for Fly killer and the Nice Lady on the phone yelled at another co-worker that she was helping a customer, while she had me on the line, lol. Now that's feeling front of the line service! When she couldnt find me answers, she got me someone who did, who was also awesome to deal with! even though they didnt carry what I was looking for they tried hard to find it. Awesome job all of you!”

“Tanisha Was awesome giving Lucy a bath✌ Lucy loves it here. Also, the price is good. Lucy is a great Pyrenees and it cost us $57 for a bath and brush for her.🤠 totally reasonable for grooming👍”
