Brought our rescue dog in for a grooming.
Only one person was friendly. We tried speaking to a few of the other women and they gave my son the biggest attitude. No smile, no acknowledgement he was trying to speak with them, just rude snobby. They wouldn't even look in our direction zero hucks given. Then they charged my son extra 20.00 and wouldn't account for as to why they ignored him and his request. Please don't quit your day job! The attitude is real.....

I bring my two dogs in to get their nails taken care of and I am always so pleased with the professionalism and congeniality of the groomers there. Both dogs really don't like their nails being cut, but they seem very at ease, happy even, when we go in. Today was no different, and the two groomers there were amazing.

Took my 13 year old dog (an old ranch dog) be groomed for the first time, and I am over the moon. I want to give a huge shout out to Tanesha. She was so good with my old man, and made him look like a million bucks!

They usually are the only place in the area with springtails so their stock goes fast. Today when I called to ask if they had any, the person who answered said they’d check and then immediately hung up on me. I called again thinking maybe they did it by accident but then as soon as they picked up they hung up on me again! Just say you don’t have any, no need to rudely hang up on me twice! I’ll just buy them online now, you’ve lost my patronage :/

Multiple of the betta fish were dead, one even had yellow water from a possible infection. They need to do a better job at taking care of the fish here, there is no reason that many fish should be dead.

No issues or complaints so far, but my son just bought a bearded dragon from them 8 days ago (3/21/24), and it died! We got a refund, but my son would like another dragon.

Placed an online order that was delivered that day. Very fast. Just a mention, though, they use Doordash to deliver for them. It doesn't say so online. So when you tip your delivery driver, remember it's a person and not just PetSmart making the delivery so tip accordingly.
