“Awesome customer service. The team here is very friendly , understanding and knowledgeable. Plus there is a really great little canine friend that will greet you!!”
“Very satisfied with service. We had them pack, move and unpack. All 3 workers were great and professional. They came in well below the initial estimate. My wife and I were both”
“Had a mix up between what origin place and fulfillment distributor told me and the final mile distributor but figured it out and all is well and getting resolved. Me being in pain was not a very good partner to me being patient or making sure everyone had the same info.
Once Maine delivery got the green light to deliver they were incredibly fast, same day, cannot beat that. Miscommunication was not their fault. Great personable and professional team delivered to me today.
Maine Delivery were meticulous about quality control also.”
“I ran into problems moving between places and urgently needed to store stuff while it got sorted out. Sherry was very kind and went out of her way to help me rent first one unit and then a second on short notice. She was great, the process was super easy, and she was gracious at move out as well. 10/10 would definitely rent here again.”
“I recently got a unit here. I chose Bangor Self Storage because it was conveniently located to where I live. I have to say I'm impressed with the upgrades being done by the new owner. The whole place has been painted, new doors installed as well as new security measures and automatic lighting. My unit is clean, dry and reasonably priced.”
“I've been using this facility for a couple years now, and the staff is always helpful and friendly when you need them, the facility is ALWAYS clean, temp always perfect. I know I can store whatever I need and not worry about the security of it or it being ruined by climate.”
“The Team showed up at the time stated, and were ready to go. A quick walkthru to assess the move and they were in motion. They have a routine for loading and unloading that minimizes everybodies risk of damage and all worked in unison to get the job done.
Unload was just as smooth and seemless. They asked the questions to verify that all items ended up where they needed to be.
No damaged items and minimal time for the move.
All in all, a great team and a great move if thats possible.”
“Got a 12 ft trailer for some furniture. Friendly repid help and solid equipment. I was diverted to this location for pickup because my original reservation at Hammond was not returned on time. Everyone was very helpful with that change. I would use either location again without hesitation.”
“Clean buildings trucks are kept up nicelyEmployees are helpful and I really like using them for all my storage and moving needs. Sometimes I just tend the pickup truck because it's nice to drive around in a new truck. I like the Chevy Silverado”
“If they still had the old manager id give this place 1 star but the new manager had really turned things around and the staff she has in there now is wonderful very friendly and helpful”

“If you fall behind on payment they dont give alot of time before it'll go to auction ( compared to other places) but they are always friendly and willing to make payment arrangements if you do fall behind... plus side they DO go above and beyond to help their customers even taking time out of their day to meet up and help out...”
