Doesn’t even look like I got a car wash .. definitely waste of $14

Did an ultimate soft wash + ceramic. Inadequate rinse as car hd significant soap on hubcaps and much of the car. Many parts of car not even clean, certainly it does not sparkle.
Will need to take it to another place. A waste of time and money.
