If you're looking for an excellent trainer who TRULY understands her clients and offers incredible classes for any fitness level in a genuinely inclusive, accepting, and fun environment, you need to contact Skye, owner of Skye Fitness. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and her classes so much. She understands me, she loves what she does, and she cares (for real, for real cares) about health and wellness. Her studio is in Bangor, BUT I do her classes virtually as she offers Zoom options so anyone, anywhere can attend! I can't tell you how much Barre means to me, and it's because of Skye. She's amazing , and her Barre class is EN POINTE (hee hee, I couldn't resist).

Skye has such a positive vibe and energy that is unmatched! I have attended both her Barre and HIIT classes- while they offer very different workouts- each is challenging in their own right but can be modified to suit any fitness level. I enjoy both and appreciate what Skye offers at her studio and look forward to seeing what she programs every week. It is such a welcoming place, and Skye's energy and smile puts one at ease right away. If you haven't given her classes a try, I encourage you to do so-- you won't be disappointed!

I was stuck in a rut doing the same exercises, and not usually vigorously enough, or often enough to improve my fitness. I was recovering from major surgery, but was medically ready to work back and go further with my physical fitness efforts. I thought a personal trainer would be good for me. Skye Fitness had great reviews, and is a short walk from my home. I was impressed with Skye's web site, and thought the 30 minute evaluation session would be beneficial. The process included preliminary questionnaires from Skye about me, my physical abilities, goals, and medical aspects and a face-to-face evaluation. Skye is adept at keeping me well-challenged with a very varied mix of exercises for strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility and balance, pushing my limits but without overdoing it. Try Skye Fitness! It has been perfect for me, a senior man.

Skye is just a phenomenal trainer. I told her what I wanted to work towards and she really listened and helped push me towards my goals, and she always kept the workouts fresh and fun. I have since moved away from Bangor but I still use a number of the moves she taught me.

I had never tried Barre prior to Skye Fitness and let me tell you, this class is no joke! Skye’s energy is contagious, she’ll have you begging to stop while asking for more. Great workout, awesome space, and crazy dedicated knowledgeable trainer!!!

Training with Skye has dramatically improved my overall functional fitness. At 8+ months of personal training, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. Skye's experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality of the movement makes me feel safe to push past my mental limits to find out what my body can do.Barre class is an intense full body workout that's building strength, range of motion, balance and muscle endurance.Throughout all of this, Skye brings an amazing energy.

I really enjoyed working with Skye. She created workouts that were tailored to my needs. She pushed me but made it fun. I increased my muscle strength and aerobic fitness while working with Skye. I only stopped working with her because I moved. I'd recommend Skye to anyone who wants to get in shape.

I have worked with her for over a year now and her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to motivate is the best I've ever experienced. Skye is the BEST! I have been taking Barre classes for five months, and I can feel such a difference. Not just in my muscles; my balance is better, my stability is on point, and my vertigo has dissipated! Skye has worked with my knee issues to make sure I'm getting the most out of each class, while doing the exercises safely. Going to class always help my day start on the right track. ❤️
