I had a great experience with Carla at Sleep Number in Bangor. Carla was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. The Sleep Number team in Bangor was there to meet all my needs and answer any questions. I will be recommending to friends and family for sure!

Sarah is an exceptional sales professional. We entered having done our research thoroughly, she correctly assessed us and our goals in a welcoming low-key way, and helped us experience each of the different options in such a way that made our shopping (birthday) quite pleasurable. We believe we mad good choices that we plan to benefit from for many years although the broad exchange and return policies make this a terrific purchase.
We have been assisted and are confident in our choices, much because of Sarah.

So I have been skeptical about sleep number for years and after tons of review reading and actually going into a sleep number facility in Bangor Maine it sealed the deal for me. We met a super knowledgeable gentleman who was actually the store manager. He answered all pending questions i had and some i didnt have yet. We pulled the trigger on a s6 bed and i cant say enough how pleased i am with the purchase. They say you only live one and until you own one of these beds in my opinion you havent slept a night in your life! Ive paid huge money in the past for multiple high end mattresses and absolutely nothing compares. Do yourself justice and go get the sleep number!
FYI… I was not paid or didnot receive anything to speak about my purchase, i just felt that people should know what they have been missing! Thanks again sleep number!

We just bought our second bed and we have had nothing but problems with the bed and customer service. If you call the store for help they give you the sorry you have issues can’t help you just call customer service. You can’t get an actual person that speaks English with customer service and they are no help. We paid $16,000 for a bed that didn’t work the way it was supposed and then finally got a date to have someone fix it a month the later. They never notified us when they were on their way and my husband took 3 hrs off of work to wait for them to show up and “fix” the bed for 15 minutes to leave with it still broken. My husband ran after them while they were driving away and told them it still wasn’t working correctly and they told him just reset it and drove off. I called the store to complain and got the oh so sorry can’t do anything for you call customer service. Called customer service again with all the information and they told me that it just has another issue and can schedule me in for another repair visit in 3 weeks. We have had the bed for 3 1/2 months with it not working correctly. I asked if my trial period starts from when the bed is delivered or when we actually get a bed that works correctly so we actually know if we like it. The supervisor was rude and said trial period starts when bed is delivered! Horrible customer service at the store and with customer support. I will never recommend sleep number!

As always, when I go into the Sleep Number store here in Bangor, Maine, I always get what I need and any and all questions answered. Bill has been so nice and helpful and knowledgeable for many years. Always pleasant and fun to do business with, and Sarah too! She is always helpful and knows Sleep Number well. It is so nice to go into the store for whatever reason and see a familiar face and know you're going to receive great customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍😊 I always tell friends and family about our beds and the service at Sleep Number. P.S. Loving my latest addition, my adjustable bed base. 👍👍👍
