Trash company. Lied to me about the state of my bill and up charged me after. Thankfully I'm done with them. Just switch to Fidium or someone else that isn't going to price gouge you rapaciously.

Modem died, call support and was told I could go to the store to have it swapped out and that they were open till 8pm, got there a little after 7pm and they were closed. Would be nice if they would keep the hours posted on there website.

When canceling the store did not explain that I would still pay $104 a month for that months internet even though I had cancelled 1 day in. So when you cancel with this provider know 1. Get a receipt of they will charge you for equipment you returned saying you didn't. 2. Expect to pay for an additional month regardless cause they just are scummy

For 15 years we've had the service and the only thing that changed was the price. It constantly went up. We pay $90 a month for mediocre internet. Then a competitor came to town and magically Spectrum upgraded their systems. They sent us new equipment and told us to install it by Oct 26. So after 15 years of ennnn service they suddenly have the tech to make things better when faced with us leaving Spectrum and you give us two weeks to change our equipment? Sounds legit *eye roll*.So far, the equipment does not even work. To make matters even better, Spectrum changed the date of interrupting service without letting anyone know. Internet was interrupted on Oct 25. Good thing they sent 10 reminders that our "internet service will be interrupted if new equipment is not installed by Oct 26" so they could do it a day early. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Do not sign up for anything with this company because they will never let you leave. It's literally a tech Hades- an infinite loop of annoying you.

They totally suck, they rip ppl off. False advertisements (there is a fine print clause they don't mention) I paid for my phones when the account was open but they have me in a contact I never sign lease payments on phones if I close account I have to pay phone balance but I own the phones that really upset me so becareful with spectrum mobile and there service is slow even when your paying for the best one.

Just came crawling back to good ‘ol reliable Spectrum home internet after T-mobile started dropping my Zoom calls every other minute.Set up was a breeze, good price, and I can even set the WiFi name through the app. 5 stars.

Iv made 2 accounts just to keep commenting on theyr shity services. My internet itself kicks me off all the time. They have had meeting about my issues and NOW my mobile hasnt been working for 3 days now! N all they tell me is to rest the network settings and repeat. I have to do this ( no exaggeration) every 6 MINS!!!!!! N yes my bill is completely paid..... n i havnt even had this mobile for a year.....

My wife was having problems with her new phone being continuously offline. The employee seemed very disinterested in solving her problem. After we told him what troubleshooting we had already performed, he handed the phone back to my wife and told her to call Spectrum for help. This employee was rude, uneducated on the troubleshooting of a new device, and could care less if he fixed the problem. He did not take ownership of the problem. By the way, when my wife called Spectrum, the customer service tech, Jay, solved the problem in three minutes.Updated review... today, I returned a cable box, and the girl who took care of me was totally on the ball. She was pleasant and friendly and had me out of there in minutes.Now, if only we could get Spectrum out of the 1980s and try some "newer" technology. Like voice remote, and adding streaming services, like Tubi, Filmrise, Prime, etc. Their competition in other parts of the country supply all of these things at a much lower price. Oh!! And STOP asking me if I'm still watching!! Some people "listen" to the TV and don't see the message asking if I'm still watching. After all, I'm paying for it. Let me play it 24/7 if I'd like.

Terrible company. I returned my equipment. And paid off my bill. I have a screen shoot showing that i had a 0$ balance January. Now they tell me in store 6 months later that i did not return equipment. And did not pay off my bill. but when i called 3 different times after this store visit that my account shows i have a 0$ balance and I did return my equipment, and the store guy and manger tell me and my fiance we are liars. oh boy , we are not happy. the person we called on the phone is calling the store to fix it. but i will NEVER EVER deal with spectrum again.
