Super Shoes is Bangor, ME's top store for shoes, boots, accessories, handbags, workwear, and nursing apparel for every person and every activity. It is a neat, clean, and nice store that is roomy and not crowded by excess merchandise. The store offers a really good and plenty shoe selection with a variety of sizes and widths, though there can be a limited selection of larger sizes in the uniform and scrubs department. Many shoes are discounted or on sale at reasonable prices. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite, kind, welcoming, courteous, pleasant, and savvy. They are not pushy but are there to assist, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. They go above and beyond and are happy to take extra steps, such as holding items and helping customers save money. Checkout is easy and quick. The management takes extra steps to maintain the integrity of the business. Service dogs are allowed. Customers report being very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend the store.
Back to school shopping for teenage boys isn’t for the weak hearted. We had multiple items to exchange and multiple items to order. Our cashier Payton was phenomenal. She was pleasant, polite and worked through our transaction with a smile. Top tier customer service.
