“The hemp cones were mixed in with the tobacco ones. I bought several ones with nicotine because they were mixed with the hemp ones. I will have to check closer next time because they apparently get mixed in, probably from customers putting them back in the wrong spots.”
“Although they have no control over pricing, they do have control over their attitude. Every single employee I have dealt with has been the absolute best!!! Needed a bunch of nips for an adult egg hunt (it’s Easter) and wanted a specific type for different people. Clerk was not only amazing but felt he was very personable!! Gave me suggestions and I never felt hurried!!! Damon’s Bangor is the best!!!”

“What has happened to this place? It has gone down hill fast. I used to be a regular customer and felt good about going there. Now? There is much less of a selection of cigars. It is filthy and more smoky than ever. Even on the retail side of the establishment. It has become nothing more than a club house on the lounge side. I used to suggest people go there to buy their cigars, I can't in good faith send anyone there any longer. The current staff has no knowledge of cigars and the humidor has so many empty spaces with exception this, someone put a low stool/table with 'sales cigars' in the middle of the floor. I didn't realize a humidor needs to be a labyrinth. There's a sign on the door blaming the increase in taxes for lack of product in the humidor. No, it's not Janet Mills fault that the new staff can't order decent cigars. The short girl they have working there now, doesn't stop talking. I think I found out more about her ailments and how much she hates her husband in the first three minutes of being near the counter. I'm not sure if she is capable of shutting up.”
