I had problems ened up renting other equipment I needed and would work w me on the pressure washer I rented never used,being the wrong tool for the job. Came back rented a sander and a edger. Went to return the pressure washer same day as the sander and they still charged me 150 bucks for a day I never used it. So all in all they got me for 400 dollars instead of the 150. Better tool companies to rent from treat people better.

Plenty of DIY dream materials! The Bangor HD off Stillwater has a wide variety of equipment tools to rent; even skidsteers and an excavator!

Purchased pavers from this store to pick up the next day with trailer. Spoke with customer service, did the appropriate paperwork, paid for pavers, and all was set. Got there the next day and the pavers were sold! So they made money twice off these. No one got them onto a pallet and marked them as "held or sold", nor marked them in system since system said they were -2200 stones, yet there were 300 on display in garden area. Their way of fixing it, "the Ellsworth store has them in stock". Over two hours additional drive time for us! If you're buying from here, bring your trailer in advance. It's cheaper to drive empty trailer back home then it is to make multiple trips around the state to pick up something you already paid for!

I had a delivery scheduled and my order didn't show, next day i called and was told the truck broke down and rescheduled me for the next day. Again my order didn't show and i was told the truck was full and couldn't fit my order in the truck then i was told they came back for the order then i was told they didn't know where the driver is but he has my order then i was told they didn't have time to deliver it but will tomorrow. I get being short handed but good customer service is communicating with people, they knew at 8am my order didn't make it on the truck and should have called me. I have things to do but i was tied to the house 3 days waiting for that 14 hour delivery window

ACS carpet installers, hired by Home Depot, damaged 2 walls (holes) when installing our carpet. These walls were brand new sheet rock and two corner walls have holes from slamming the carpet into the corners of the walls. The installers acknowledged they did the damage and we have yet to receive compensation for the damage that we have to repair. They did not clean up after completing the installation. They brought a vacuum but only used it in the downstairs hall - and not well. We had to vacuum all the carpets to remove threads that were all over it. Carpet seams were sloppy and we had to have a second team come in to repair the seams. We had to sweep up screws and nails that were left on the floor of the room not carpeted. They left razor blades in the window sills. We contacted ACS and Home Depot and neither is responding after several attempts.

I went in to ask if I could reserve a roto-tiller for next Saturday. Even if I paid the $150 deposit today, they won't allow it. I have to take my chances that both aren't already taken by next Friday or Saturday. If I paid $150 today, short of being dead or in a coma, I'm going picking this tiller up!!

Horrible!!!!! Picked up slider doors....specified we needed one R and one L. Sent us home with Two of same. Made trip back, returned, sent us home again. Only to find(after arguing) they sent SAME one as before......went back AGAIN after manager said they have correct one there......guess what....after three trips....they don't even have the correct one there.....have to make special trip to Ellsworth or Waterville......oh....they may take $100 off for our inconvenience....WILL never, ever shop there again!! Most unorganized, ridiculous place!!!

I absolutely recommend this store!!! Bryan in plumbing is awesome! He was very helpful to my husband and I today. He also was very patient with us and showed us what we needed to fix the plumbing to our washer.

Purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and over the stove microwave over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Evidently the stove is on back order (even though they said it'd be delivered it 6 days) so now no appliances for another 4 weeks they say it can't be delivered separately and if I were to pick up any of it myself it'll void out the manufactures warranty. Wonderful with no fridge for at least 6 weeks... Never getting appliances here ever again!! I defiantly do not recommend purchasing big items or anything you need in a hurry from here.
