This morning a Union Street Towing truck almost ran me off the road at the North bound entrance ramp at Hammond Street #183. I was the only car, the driver had only to speed up or slow down to not cause me to move into the outer lane to avoid being hit by this truck. I have the dash cam video to support this incident. Time 9:05 am, March 20. A very poor or distracted driver. K A.

Cameron brought my car home today. It sits super low to the ground and it's a pain to get on and off a truck. He was so careful getting it on and off the truck. Much better than the last experience I had with this company.

Got into an accident last night, cops wouldn't let me call my own tow, said Union Street Towing had to take my car, they charged me $315 for half a mile up the road and not even 20 minutes of work. Rip off.

They tried to force us to pay cash, even though they clearly accept credit / debit cards. Very shady business practices. AVOID

Super friendly and prompt service! Writing this review late, but I slid off the road in December and had to get towed to the mechanic to replace a cracked rim and two blown out tires. I scheduled a pick up for a few days ahead of time, driver showed up on time. He was super friendly and made conversation with me while loading up my car. Didn't make any unannounced detours, just took me straight to the shop. I wish I remembered his name, but to the guy with glasses driving this rollback, thank you so much for your help!

My car was towed today the driver took off to the bank . I followed behind him. Never said he had to make a stop . I'm wondering the whole time where in the world is this man going with my car right now . Stops at the bank gets out doesn't say a word to me goes in the bank for maybe I would say Maybe 7 to 10 minutes . Comes back out jumps in the truck takes off brings my car to the location the shop that I was having it towed to. Upon arrival after he takes my vehicle down I look inside and the car is all Filthy all over from the council to the driver seat the floor the steering wheel. Now the trip is exactly 29 miles. They charged 36 miles all together with the first five miles included. No they should have only charged me for 25 miles . Rip off artists . Rip off artists

Scammers. Had AAA schedule them to tow my vehicle to a certain place. The people over to Union Street Towing lied amd said I was 15 miles from my destination when I was only 10 as it charges you 5 dollars per mile. When I confronted them and said my GPS says it's 10 miles they got mad and told me to find someone else because they don't make enough off AAA it's not worth it for them.

Quick and dependable, wish more roadside assistance programs/ insurance companies used them, used these guys and their reasonable prices, after still waiting hours on my roadsides assistance- looked out of car tire change on crowded street and tow after losing alternator. Thank you union street towing.

The company it self seems like a great company downfall was the driver. He was so unbelievably rude. I got quoted a time the driver would be to pick me and my vehicle up so I decided to drive my vehicle down the road to get soem food and told him where I was and he hung up drove over to me and didn't slsay a single word the only thing ge said when j asked how his day was... his answer was it'd be better if you could learn yo stay in one place. ( it's the driver who looks like a jack-o-lantern

I’ve dealt with towing companies from all over the country, these are some of the most genuine people in the industry; which is rare for a towing company. I broke down at 10:30pm, after an 11 hour drive from PA. I was stuck in Bangor during the middle of a rain storm 55 minutes away from my hotel. They answered right away and kept in communication with me the whole time. Justin (I think his name was), made every possible attempt to start my car so I could get there on my own but unfortunately my car wouldn’t start. He then drove me to my hotel in Bar Harbor and gave me tons of information in regards to towing, vehicle maintenance and recommendations for an auto shop. I would highly recommend them.

Stranded on the side of the road on a cross country road trip from Indianapolis. No tire shop would help us in Bar Harbor Maine for a nail in my tire. Tire blew outside of Bangor Maine and Union Street towing was there in less than 20 minutes with a tow truck and an extra truck to haul me, my daughter and mom to the closest tire shop.
