Great store to help with all your package sending needs also do faxing of paperwork,and photocopies and so much more plus all the supplies to ship packages tape,boxes of sevreral sizes, along with small to big envelopes made of paper and made plastic but all the ups stores in. This area are great to do business with and the staff is top shelf very accommodating and willing to help

The service at this UPS Store is excellent. Yesterday Nicole helped me totally repack a broken earthenware teapot which was being shipped for repairs to Lakeside Pottery in Delaware. The week before, when I had lost one of the broken pieces, she combed the store looking for it. The people at this UPS store always come through. The staff rocks!!

I’ve used this store a few times for a few different types of mailing, and every time it’s been a relatively painless experience. Surprisingly low-to-medium wait times make things easier, especially with the current pandemic customer limit, and the staff are professional and proficient.The only con to this location is that entering and exiting the parking lot can be a... horrible task. There’s not much that can be done with the traffic in the area, but ‘Enter’ and ‘Exit’ signs on each entrance might help a bit, considering how small the lot is and the entrances are.

The store manager was epic. She packed our art and antique clock so well I would have felt confident tossing it from atop a building. My husband had purchased and forgotten a card for me and they called to tell him. First class operation.

What a great experience on a busy Monday morning. Staff was professional. Knowledgeable. Happy. Didn't flinch helping me even though store was packed and the UPS man showed up for his collections. Whoever owns this franchise you have a great crew a nice Christmas bonus for them is in order. BTW I shipped on Monday. Large package delivered today. Thanks everyone. You rock.
