Highly recommend for notary services. Is it a busy place, yes, but we made an appointment online and it was easy breezy. They truly care and pay particular attention to detail, which was especially important with the documents we needed notarized. They made our otherwise stressful situation very easy and we appreciate that greatly. Thank you and we appreciate the special attention you gave our son while we were filling out and signing our documents. Thank you!

They are the BEST. They are insanely busy because they have to cover so many bases for a small town. And they do it with so much kindness and friendliness. They just try to make everything work for all of us. Love this place.

Easily the worst UPS office I’ve been to. Staff are rude, abrasive, and unhelpful. They rejected my package rather than give it to me with proper ID. Save yourself the trouble and ship to a FedEx instead

I’m having an awful experience! I have a very important and expensive package that I have to sign for and was told it would arrive by 7pm yesterday. I waited all day at home for it, even though I had so many things I needed to go do! Then I had no choice to leave to pick up my son and in the 20-30 minute time they came! I left a note for them that I would be right back. They left a note saying I could pick up at Bangor UPS store today but I got up and ready this morning and the tracking info said it was back on a truck and out for delivery! I had to call customer service and it was no help at all! She told me it was being delivered to the Bangor store today but could give no other information about it. She said she sent a message and that they would call me by 10am with an update and no one ever called me! I have no idea where my package is and no way to get it myself or know when I will be able to go get it! This is ridiculous, people and especially businesses; please don’t use this service for items that need signing! This is beyond frustrating!!!

The worst consumer experience of my life. I shipped three packages - one was lost, one where my package contents were damaged, and yes, one came fine. I filed two claims on the lost package, and the damaged package. I was denied my claim to the damaged package - even though I properly packaged, wrapped with foam and bubble wrap- they broke my speakers and other equipment. Why take out insurance - if theyre not going to cover it? The problem here too is that UPS is not technically associated with the UPS Store. So every time I go to appeal my claim to UPS they tell me to go to UPS Store, every time I go to UPS Store they tell me go to UPS. NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY and I spent over $800 dollars just to have them damage my package and continue to just give me the run around. Honestly... it becomes a burden to patronize.

The parking area needs to be re-lined! There is no visible parking area for disabled customers. It is very hard to see the parking lines. The employees get 5 stars. The inside of the store is fine. The parking area is atrocious!

Busy spot, but worth the stop to print anything you need. If google says this location is showing as “busier than usual” expect to wait a bit. There were some customers that walked out but I found the staff very helpful once I was attended.
