Popped in to get some stamps for international postcards and had the best service from Daudi who was so helpful. Thanks so much, he’s a dude!

I've had Amazon packages delivered to my house for 15 years without issue. The past month or two some lazy postal worker has refused to deliver Amazon packages that will not fit inside the mail box. Now I have to miss work to pick up packages in a congested downtown area with people waiting in line that is out the door to pick up their packages. I will no longer buy anything from Amazon going forward. Thanks for making our busy lives even harder USPS.

My package was delivered to a PO Box. I don’t own a PO Box. Nobody answers the phone! My packages are gone! I’ve never had an issue until working with this post office!

You aren't putting the actual number online just the customer service numbers

I had an order that said it was delivered to my mailbox box locker. I go to check it and nothing. So I got in touch with the post office through email. They called me and said it was scanned and put in my mailbox locker. There was no key. So they said that they would have the mailman put a key in the locker or have him put the package at my door. Neither was done. Our mailman has given me the wrong mail atleast five times in the last 6 months. So someone probably got my package. I understand once in a while it happens, but this way too much. Also the mailman didn't do what they said they were going to do. This is ridiculous.

I’ve had several instances of packages and mail not being delivered with the claim that my mailbox can’t be reached, but that has never been true. It’s perfectly accessible from the sidewalk, no gate, no alarms. There seems to be a mail carrier on my route who only delivers on days he feels like it. There doesn’t seem to be a lot I can do about it either, I’ve tried calling about it multiple times.

This is always the post office I go to if I have the choice. The guy who works the front desk is amazing, really nice guy and great at his job. He keep the line moving and is always really polite and friendly. The other people in there seem great too but I haven’t talked to them much. I’m in probably 2-3 times a week to ship out packages for my work and it’s never a terribly long wait nor is it a frustrating or bad experience. Longest I’ve had to wait is probably 15-20 minutes. Of course there are busier or quieter times, but I’ve gone most different times and it’s not too bad.

This was just delivered “inside the mailbox.” Look, i’m sorry you decided to make deliveries at 7pm a thing, but this is unacceptable and a real good way for my package to get stolen. I am tired that we have normalized expecting poor service. I left on all lights outside the house and monitored my delivery to meet them and it was still just dumped on top of my mailbox like it was trash in the USPS truck on their way through. Good thing I actually was monitoring or it may have been gone by morning.

Literally will not let you call them. The one option I get after listening to excruciatingly long preamble to speak with a real person leads nowhere. I don’t have a car and will need to pay for a ride just pick up a package that they failed to deliver because “customer requested pickup”. Nope! You just failed deliver it two days in a row. Glad to know my tax dollars are being spent well.

Every time I order a package they won't deliver it and say either it's delivered or they don't know my name so they can't deliver the package. I literally escalated and sent them a complaint because they marked a package as delivered but I never received it. They told me it must have got stolen because the mail carrier stated they did deliver it. Well then WHY DID IT SHOW UP IN MY MAIL BOX TWENTY WHOLE DAYS AFTER THEY MARKED IT AS DELIVERED? not to mention my mail box is locked because I live in an apartment so only the mail carrier is able to put mail in my box. NOBODY STOLE IT you just didn't deliver it and then lied. And now another package is lose because you just won't put it in my box or at my stoop.

So I happened to visit about some packages that accidentally got placed on a hold and then the hold was cancelled so I was still told to come here to pickup my packages according to tracking. I had 4 packages missing and only one was there so I assume rest are out for delivery. Besides this, there was a tall gentleman working who was extremely rude to me. All I wanted to know is where my packages were and I told him I filled out a usps form for a hold. I forgot though I hadn’t had my second phone on me. He then accused me of lying and never filling out one and told me I should be honest if I want my mail. He then took down my address and I said it clear as day to him, he then wrote down the wrong address and embarrassed me by causing a scene saying I forgot my address. I was almost in tears before I could even leave. He then decided to be nice when another gentleman walked into the lobby. I’m beyond done with people who think it’s okay. If you don’t like our job then leave it! Don’t make it a miserable experience for everyone else.

I have a one year old puppy that's a husky mix and upon leaving my building my dog barked at the mailman and to tell you I'm already had walked past the mailman he was already on my porch and he started arguing with me about my dog being aggressive for barking at him. Mind you he was already past me and my dog on the steps and me and my dog were not an obstacle to deliver our mail. After arguing with me about my dog when I tried to explain he was harmless, mailman looked said you guys can get your mail next week. So because he got mad at me and my dog he refused to deliver the mail to everyone in my building. That is so unprofessional and ignorant just because he got a hair between his a**

Never had a bad experience at this post office. They're always very efficient at getting packages shipped out. Staff are always very polite. One of the better post offices for sure
