I got my first smart phone in 2014. Over the past ten years I've witnessed Verizon mobile service go from super fast to now i can't even access the internet because its so slow? I was informed by a Verizon employee that they deliberately make prepaid service slow ?

Ronald was great. He helped me figure out some phone plan issues so i could get a new phone and got it all done within an hour and was patient with me. And got me quotes and all the information needed and fast shipping for my new phone but had other colors in stock in person i could’ve got. Better experience than i expected

I can't even call the store or it will automatically hang up on me. Very rude experience. No idea how they get new business. Definitely not a fan of a store you can't talk to. I spent over an hour on a borrowed phone under their service directly just to make an appointment which they couldn't do. Blew my mind. I am also disabled and only wanted to set up an appointment to swap for a new phone but being disabled I can't drive so unless I can speak to someone I'll never know how long to schedule the trip for my return ride and either be stuck there or without the phone until I can schedule another rides days later. I'm more upset for us disabled and elderly that can't work the internet well. A simple phone would help people because if I walked into a store that was just packed I'd have to wait hours just to leave with nothing. Hope you understand

I hate leaving negative reviews, but Verizon earned this one. If I could give negative stars, I would. I used Verizon for years. I loved the service, but I felt like I was paying a little too much. So, I inquired about getting internet at my home, and they told me that if I bundled the internet and my phone lines, it would save me like $90 a month overall. They were very evasive about giving me actual prices. Told me it was close to what I was paying for my other internet service. Assured me that I would be saving money. My home internet was about $70 per month. The hooked me. I signed a contract. Got my first months bill, and I quickly realized just how badly I was lied to. The internet was $130 per month. They did not bundle my phones and internet either. I feel really taken advantage of and misled. I will never do business with these lying, kaniving crooks again. Verizon sucks!

Verizon online is not the same as in store. Upgraded 2 new phones online and was charged in full on credit card. Was told to go in to actual store to solve issue/turn in old phones and found out folks online gave a bunch of incorrect information. Bottom line, upgrading my 2 phones cost me $1800 out of pocket instead of $0. Can't believe Verizon operates this way

Paula was awesome, patient and friendly. She made sure I was getting the best deal I could, checking on what I had for offers and priced everything out for me. She made the experience incredibly easy, smooth and quick.

I had a phone line I switch carriers and I called Corp line to make sure it was canceled.. then the following month charged. I came in to this location and they didn't help me. Said there was nothing they can do about even I had it switched 2.5 month before and my original number was given away. Verizon is a fraud and this office has no empathy for their customers ?

Arrive at the store at 6PM for a simple iPhone replacement, no backup work, no cases or screen protectors, minimal work to help one of their customers continue using their service and we were told “We are busy and we close at 7”. As a former Apple and Verizon employee I laugh at the thought of turning a customer who needs help away because I want to leave at 7. It’s quite clear that this store does not care for their customers avoid this store, believe it or not the WirelessZone that’s an authorized retailer took the time to help my fiancé who needed her iPhone replaced as she is a state worker for our state and it’s imperative that she has a working phone. This store needs retraining on customer care, more staff that believe in what they do and their impact on their customers lives. Lastly research some “Lominger Competences”. Get a grip.

Came in here seeking help with recent purchase and trade in. All they would tell me is that I needed to call online costumer services, for which I already had and they told me to come into the store and they’d be able to help. This was my third time into the store this week and every experience was just like this. Poor experience.

Terrible customer support. They change policy but tell you it’s the same, refuse to clear up your bill when you call multiple times to get it fixed. Charge outrageous amounts and offer zero solutions. Will not be staying with this company any longer than I have to and will never recommend them.
