I needed 2 8x10 pics printed from my android phone. I am NOT tech-savvy. Plus, I've got brain fog.. often. The lady in the photo dept walked me through the entire process. She was so very patient making it all seem effortless. I really appreciated her help.Thank you to that dear soul...I asked her for her name, but I cannot remember it. I will never forget her kind way, though.?

Short lines but wait can be long. When calling, they don't answer the phone most times and when they do, service is hit or miss. Sometimes they pick up and put me on hold then don't pick up the phone after I wait for 20 minutes and just hang up on you with a click. Happened four times! I call in a prescription the robot says it will be ready after 10:00 a.m. the next day or 1:00 p.m. or whatever I arrive at the stated time and the prescription is not ready! That's happened three times. This type of incompetence never happened to me in the Walgreens in Idaho or in California and I've been using Walgreens for 30 years. The poor service in Bangor is making me wish there were other options but I don't think I should have to drive to the Rite Aid in Brewer just to get better service. The excuses are they are short staffed like everybody is, but my observation is they talk to each other about unrelated Pharmacy stuff socializing more than any other Pharmacy staff I've witnessed in other locations out of state. The pharmacist does not know how to run a well-oiled machine. I hope that they get their act together someday otherwise the low Stars are going to keep on coming.

Tried to switch from Bangor to Hampden for over a year and told they couldn't. I discussed with my primary care in Hampdrn and she said I could. She contacted Hampden and said my Rx will be from Hampden from now on. Well, got a call from Bangor again to pick up refills. What is the problem?

I have called their pharmacy twice (once today and once last Thursday) and waited on hold for 27 minutes then 34 minutes, and as soon as I there was a click where they answered they immediately hung up, both times. I just moved here but the pharmacy customer service seems non existent. I went to get a flu shot and watched them not answer the phone while I was there. If you can't drive there and speak in person, then don't expect them to answer a call.

The wait tine for drive through pharmacy was ridiculous today. What should have been a quick stop to pick up a prescription turned into about an hour wait. I only took a couple of minutes to get the prescription when it was my turn. Not sure why it took so long but if it’s Covid testing, figure something else out do that those of us that like the convenience of a quick stop can do just that. You could limit/schedule testing times outside of a reasonable window of time—4-5:30 or 6pm to allow others easy pick up of prescriptions

Customer service is amazing at the Broadway store! Most of their employees know a lot about photo and are willing to work with you to get your photos printed perfectly and at the right price!

I absolutely love this location! The customer service is outstanding! You just don't feel as welcomed at other stores as you do at Walgreens. From the "welcome to Walgreens!" You get when you first walk through the door, to the pharmacy staff who know you by name and the people who work on the floor who know where almost everything is in the store! Definitely will keep shopping here!
