Wells Fargo Advisors Is HORRIBLE!. An absolute debacle of a brokerage firm. My father passed away in October 2021 and they are still requesting and continue to request the same LOA form from my step mother that has now been faxed to them 3 times. She just received another letter dated June 30th. She as well as my step sister went to Wells Fargo branch that my step sister has a great relationship with. The rep was on the phone with their back office in February with 22 pages faxed over which included all the forms being requested. IT IS NOW JULY!! This is the ONLY Place I could find to leave this review for Wells Fargo Advisors as this is taking place in Florida (I am in Maine), but maybe I get to save someone else the hassle that myself, my brother, my step mother, step sister and other members of my extended family are going through since the judge released (not sure I am using the right term) the estate to our mother in law to distribute in February

Do your research carefully. The Advisors here, are constantly building their own personal portfolio. It is never about you. They will “fire” you and leave you to figure out a path on your own. They basically “advise” through a computer software and are “Robo- Advisors” don’t question a thing.. as you will find out that adds more stress to work with you, and they will drop you. They want you to respect the software, and the advisor is there for an annual review. Choose a hands on Advisor. A Fiduciary who works for your benefit. The Advisors here have large clientele and the average do not fit “ their” model. I have a large portfolio, but made a mistake with this group. Keep looking…

A mistake by Wells Fargo Advisors in St. Louis sent my account to the Bangor, ME branch. That mistake turned into a blessing. Whitney was extremely helpful in getting things straightened out for me. She and branch manager, Alan, are customer service oriented, something that is harder and harder to find. I appreciate it.
