I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS TALKING TO A SALESMAN. Instead, it felt similiar to a good neighbor down the street, who helps you plow your snow and doesn't take a dime.
THEN, the lugnuts I had bought were the wrong size.
Jeremy had made the choice to drive over to the parts store to get the right ones for my vehicle.
Again, it felt neighborly.
Overall, I am completely impressed and grateful for all the guys at the shop.
