I scheduled this service 6 weeks out for my transmission and brakes and a routine oil change while it was there. When I got the call that my truck was ready I was told that it was going to need a brake job soon but they didn't have time right now to do it. When I picked my truck up the transmission still doesn't shift right and the only thing done on it was a fluid and filter change. So neither of the 2 major issues I brought it in for were addressed or done and now I still have to take it somewhere that can actually do the work.

Brought my vehicle in to get diagnosed. Was stated it would be done by a certain date. According to them, the part that it needed was on back-order. Which should’ve been checked before I was told a timeline on it being done. Called another ford dealership who stated the part # number that was order for my car (Vin verified) was incorrect. I called to let them know it was the wrong part and they insisted it wasn’t. Instead of double checking, considering it was another ford dealership that stated this, the Lady working in service was very rude about it. Wouldn’t recommend service department.

I spoke with the manager in the back corner and he was incredibly rude. He went on a tirade about people being leeches and starting throwing around slurs. I was going to ignore it because they had a great deal on a car I wanted, but when I asked him to run the financing, he laughed at me and told me to leave because he thought I was too poor to afford it.

Went in to get our oil changed for our Jayco Redhawk Class C. When we got oil changed, new air filter, and needed 2 new tires. Marie was great, and Sue set the whole thing up for us. Thank you ladies, and all the workers who helped to make our travel safe.

Whited Ford was absolutely wonderful to us, they gave us a loaner because we lived a hour away and dropped it off the night before as appointment was for early morning , they were able to get it in early to look for the problem ,we got a call on our way home informing us of the problem , they told us it be ready in the morning . They called a little after 8 it was done . We got a detailed description of everything done to our truck .they are by far the best garage around ..We are so grateful for the professional service ! Great job Whited Ford !

Marie and team at Whited Ford helped me out of a serious bind when my 2017 F250 Superduty Diesel threw a CE code and none of the other Ford dealers in the area could help (all were booking out at least a week and short on diesel mechanics. They took me in for diags the next day and fixed my issue the same day (replaced NOX sensor). I was RV'ing in Acadia and faced a 6 hour drive back to VT NEK but Whited saved our day! If you need emergency diesel truck help, this is the place!

Service department needs a overhaul. The name of the game in new vehicle dealers should not be how far can we go to deny warranty. Brought a truck in with less than 5,000 mi on it refused to do any warranty basically because it wasn't bought there. Also refuse to do recall work on the same truck. Find a different dealerResponse to owner:We did go to you and had a appointment. You did refuse to do the recall work it was there for.

I tried scheduling through my Ford Pass app but it does not connect with the servicing dealership. I showed up for my appointment on time only to be told they were not notified. Marie at Whited Ford was not one to disappoint. She went about trying to figure out how to get me in. She worked a miracle and I was very pleased. Great job!

Not very happy with the snotty women that deal with the phones ...specifically for service....the service dept itself doesn't draw any complaint as of yet.

I had a great experience purchasing my F-150. Mark Campbell (sales manager) was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. Mark wasn't pushy as some salesmen I have experienced in the past. Very easy to talk to and very accommodating. I highly recommend Whited Ford for anyone of you looking to buy a new car or truck!!!
