The Bar Harbor Grand Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a lovely location in the heart of Bar Harbor. It is a perfect and quiet location, just a one minute walk to the middle of everything. The hotel aims for a vibe of a time gone by and succeeds, with a beautiful lobby and spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated guest rooms. The staff is wonderful, friendly, pleasant, helpful, and exceptional. The included breakfast is amazing, delicious, and a plus with various choices, listed as continental but with a couple hot items. Amenities like adequate parking, a pool and hot tub, and little touches such as taffy at the desk, coffee all day, lemon water, and blankets for the porch rocking chairs are icing on the cake. It is a great hotel choice, highly recommended for anyone traveling to Bar Harbor and visiting Acadia National Park.
Loved everything about this hotel! The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. Excellent location with easy parking . The beds are so comfy, and the entire hotel has thoughtful touches throughout. Just lovely!
