Miner’s Gems is an elegant store in Bar Harbor with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff, including Sushi, Nick, Veronica, and Jacqueline, are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They are patient and excellent at guiding customers through a deep selection of well-designed pieces, including certain gem stones not common elsewhere. The management is willing to work on pricing and payments, offering fair prices and good value. Customers feel like valued friends, walking out with that one special, perfect piece of jewelry to commemorate their events. It is an amazing place for an excellent and delightful overall experience.
I had five star service. Sushi knew my preferences quickly and helped me pick a good piece of jewelry and gave me a good price for it. It was if I had made a new friend.
