For the love of God, can you turn down the music PLEASE! I can't focus when looking for just the right size cotter pin with Ms. Swift whining about her latest breakup at a volume of 8 out of 10. Are you trying to attract Gen z's or a guy whose going to drop 500 on a chainsaw. I left all stuff in a carriage and walked out because I couldn't take it. Spent $500 elsewhere, where I could think.

Not helpful, inattentive staff didn't know where anything was when asked about items. Couldn't find 40 lb bags of salt and didn't over to load once we found them out back. Service is going way down here

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly in paint. The paint team gets it right the first time every time.
Most everyone takes the time to learn the frequent shoppers and get you what you need.
The staff orders supplies for me with a simple phone call and they have gone through and helped me track down old receipts I can't find.
Phenomenal service, they will go out of their way to help you get what you need done.

Very polite and helpful people here. Take the time to get to know anyone in the store if you have the time and it will make your day even better. They are very nice and make you feel like a friend rather than a customer.

Went shopping with my friend for lamp parts and Ed and Bob helped assemble it!! They were so helpful and patient with the project. Rocky’s Ace hardware has always been the best and still is. They have just about anything you need and the staff with the expertise to advise you.
