“Service was fine, I just do not understand policy. I deposited a ‘treasurers’ check today. Aren’t those guaranteed? So why was it necessary to hold the funds for 4 days? The person deciding that reviewed my account history and said I had not received a check for that amount in the last year. What the heck does my banking history have to do with the validity of the check from another party? Then, the hold was supposed to be for 3 days but my account indicates it will be 4 days. I also find that non payroll checks are always put on a hold for me but never for my male partner. Aggravating!”
