Every month same thing they never have my meds. They tell me I have my doctor call them in early, so they can order them and have them on time. So my doctor calls them in early and they still don't follow through they don't call about the authorization, they don't contact anybody and then when you call and ask them about it they make excuses blame others and scream at you. I was told last week that they had been ordered, authorization was dealt with and I would have my meds on time. They lied, now I have to go couple days without them which is not good, but CVS does not seem to care and being a pharmacy they should know that you're not supposed to just skip certain meds or stop them abruptly. But they also refuse people heart medicine when they're 50 cents short on a co-payment. Payments more important than human life. They never called about authorization which they are blaming on others when I've already spoken to my insurance company and my doctor and nobody ever contacted them or returned any messages.

Crystal at pharmacy went above and beyond to fix an issue with my heath insurance and I had to write this review to show my appreciation. I had another prescription a few weeks ago at a different cvs and I had to pay out of pocket so this young lady deserves all 5 stars for being great at her job and actually caring about the customers.

Store is okay Pharmacy is the issue! Nothings ever ready on time they close pharmacy for lunch everyday at the most inconvenient time I’m not quite sure why lunches are not planned to keep pharmacy open. Most companies plan lunches to keep store open. This has to be the worst location in the area!

The Bath, Me. CVS has excellent, proactive customer service, including pharmacy. It’s my first choice CVS.

Had my mother switch to cvs from Walgreens and it has been a nightmare. Now cvs pharmacy doesn’t except phone calls but you can leave a message and they will get back to you “as soon as 1 hour” needless to say I’ll do the paperwork to switch back to Walgreens

Employees follow you around thinking you’re going to steal and the Manager with long dark hair and bangs is extremely unfriendly. She obviously hates people and should find another job. I shop at Walgreens now.

The worst CVS ever. The staff is inept, slow, and (can I say? )not very smart. They are like a bunch of elementary school kids thrown into a situation with no training, manners or common sense.
