I work for Mike Gagne .. they make great pastries and biscuits the products get sent around the world.. so if ever want to try Gagne Products and you come to Maine you can get them at Brackets in down Bath.. By the way Brackets is probably one of the very few older grocery store in Maine ........ .. Peace love harmony ?

Avoid at all costs. ownership makes wildly inappropriate sexual and racial comments on a daily basis. No concern for employee safety at all.

Yikes...I interviewed at this place and was horrified by the experience. First of all, you walk in through the door and are immediately in the production area (a big food safety concern). The state of the facility itself is terrible: the floors are filthy, there's mold growing in the refrigeration unit where they store their ingredients, and the equipment used on the production line wasn't even meant to be used for this type of product. Management is an embarrassment. The CEO seems to not care very much about the safety or quality of the facility, he warned me that if I work there that I will need to get used to him swearing and making inappropriate comments, he asked me what my political views were (complaining that the person in the position before me was a republican and he didn't like that), and told me that if I was hired he wouldn't need to pay me as much salary because I didn't have a lot of experience. It also should be mentioned that they don't offer any benefits (including health insurance). Overall, this place is unlike any other place that I've seen. They lack food safety/employee safety, professionalism, and respect. If you have the chance to work here, don't. It's shocking that this place has lasted as long as it has.

Not trucker friendly on getting in the dock. I had an appointment at 8 showed up at 8 they told me they cannot load me till this evening.

This place is a joke they have pretty much the worst business ethics ive ever seen they treat there employees like garbage and if osha ever came in it would be shut down ive never been more appalled by bad work environment the management is terrible and they treat there employees like trash and on top of all that they make youpunch out on the clock if u need to use bathroom or even breaks all come out of your check all in all its probably the worst business to work for they should be fined or shut down
