TREMENDOUS service (caps intended). I used Mail It 4U last week—shipping two pieces of luggage—and I could not have been happier or more impressed with their service AND winning attitudes! My luggage was secured and delivered beautifully!
Fast forward to today and I called Mail It 4U to get a recommendation of shipping back from where I am and Bob (one of the owners with his wife Lynne) did a little research and found me a phenomenal place not far from where I am and that gave me a lot of confidence in using them this morning.
In other words, Bob (and Lynne) and Mail It 4U went the extra mile and deserve all the business (and kudos) that they get and deserve!

Took a lamp here to be shipped. They assured us they would wrap it and pack it very well. Nope, nope, nope. The lamp arrived completely broken. BOX it was packed in completely undamagedThe shade of the lamp was glass, and they did not support the inside middle of the shade, which gave it notnsupport/protection while being wrapped in bubble wrap. I did buy the insurance, but they are fighting me on that. Do not go here if you want to ship anything important.

Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing like walking in and having my packages waiting for me as I get the packing slips out of my box.

Unfortunately, I did not catch the gentleman’s name that helped us but he did a wonderful job assisting us with rigid foam board prints that were time sensitive. He was quick and did a phenomenal job!

Ginger mailed my items and she mailed them incorrectly. A letter going from bath Maine to another place in Maine was then lost immediately. Mail it 4 U was useless over the phone. Even worse the fact I wanted overnight shipping and Ginger couldn’t understand. I even said 24 hours and still was not understood. Her ability to do her job along with being polite and respectful was just not there. Not only getting a response out loud was hard but even harder to communicate with someone whos giving mild grunts and useless responses. She didn’t listen to any request and now my stuff is lost. All due to Ginger and her inability to process orders properly. If she would have selected overnight shipping like I requested this would not have happened. I even mentioned how the price was wrong and she was like hmm…. Like lord woman you need to do better.
Update: found the check completely shredded. Looks to me the mail it for you place shredded the check PRIOR to it being sent to USPS. USPS apologized and is seeking to end services with this incredible disrespectful and unprofessional business.
