Absolutely wonderful experience! I stopped by this small-town kitchen appliance store and was blown away by the customer service. Linda, the lady who helped me, was not only knowledgeable but incredibly passionate about what she does. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and loves their job. Linda truly made the difference. If you’re looking for quality kitchen equipment and service with a smile, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!

We made a special trip to the store over the weekend. We didn't have a budget as we were willing to spend the money on an investment piece of cookware. We were looking for a specific sized stock pot and as it turns out, it's something called an asparagus steamer. The clerk seemed perturbed to help us and we genuinely felt dismissed. Even so, it was something the store didn't carry so, that was that and away she walked. Not expecting the clerk to intuit our willingness to be cajoled into something else that might have fit our needs... but all the same, walking away from us as she had left us feeling sour. We won't make future plans to visit this store again.

I have been in a lot of cookware stores over the years, and this is the best one I have ever visited. I am a regular customer. Great products, great prices, and a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Best kitchen store ever! They offer classes also for cooking etc. Once you go in you'll have to be in there for at least an hour! Clark start

My absolute favorite cooking store, so much that we drive all the way from south of Portland to visit it on occasion. It has to be smaller than the average Leroux Kitchen, but whether it's more neatly organized or they just carry more interesting stuff, it seems like Now You're Cooking really has it all. I love that they have many versions of one gadget at different price points. We needed a new garlic press and there must have been 7 different kinds, ranging from your cheaper OXO to $60 stainless steel versions. You can also buy almost any kind of small cookery appliance here, really nice knives, storage containers, even a room of tableware. And on top of all that, they have a great selection of beer, wine, some cheeses, spice blends, nice Little Red Cup teas out of Brunswick. It's glorious. All I want is endless gift certificates to this store.
