“Went in today to get a couple of AC units and had the BEST experience. I shop here frequently and have always had a good experience, but today I went in with my almost two year old so my hands were already full… ?
I realized quickly that I would need help because the units wouldn’t fit in my cart so I had to go to the registers where the checkout person called someone to meet me by the AC’s and he was so helpful! He wheeled them to the counter where I thought he would leave them, but no he took them all the way to my car and loaded them in! I could have cried I was so thankful!

“5 stars 100%. I absolutely love shopping at this store. And their employees are wonderful. My pup got sick from a new treat, which they immediately removed from the floor. But what really got me, was the fact that they called me to see how my girl was doing, making sure she was OK. Never have I had that experience with a pet store before. They are just absolutely wonderful, and showed how much they care when they called me. I shop here all the time, and will continue to shop there. Thank you to the employees and store manager for caring and calling to check in. Skye says thank you for the new toy, and she loves it!”
