Groceries. Prices remain high. Compared to Market Basket. Overpricing on items I purchased ranged from ??.50 t0 2.00. Example 1 bag of pretzels Shaws 2.99 Marlet Basket 1.00

Avoid this Shaws. You’re better off driving to another grocery store in another town. They NEVER have a 14 items or less line open and usually only one or two (out of sbou 12) registers open. So everyone with less than 20 items packs into the self checkout line, creating MASSIVE queues of customers waiting to buy 1 or 2 items. Usually there is a self checkout (or 3) that is out of order (usually for weeks at a time). Usually a skeleton crew working. Like 5 people in the front of the store tops. Every other grocery store in the area can figure it out except this place. Place is run like a 3rd world country.

Okay selection but the bathroom has no toilet paper, is disgustingly dirty, broken hooks to hang purse in the bathroom and the prices are very very high here

Ok seriously, I usually have a good experience here but does anyone ever check for mold in the bread isle? We just purchased some buns and when the purchase was complete we noticed the mold on the buns… what the hell?

Very nice and clean grocery store…aisles were clutter free…easy to find everything…no shopping carts floating around parking lot…

5:30 on a Wednesday only one register open with about nine people in line self-checkout is backed up to at least 10 with someone that will not cash out my recycling tickets. Market basket is going to put you out of business in a heartbeat.

Food is priced way too high and the quality went downhill. The employees are pleasant when I've needed help. The evening front end manager, Mr. G, is absolutely awful. He has yelled at an employee with developmental disabilities in front of customers. There have been 2 recent instances where 911 needed to be called to escort disruptive (drunk) guests from the premises, and Mr G. didnt even bother to go over and help his employees, he just stood back and watched. He promotes an unsafe environment and treats his employees like garbage. And no I wont bring my concerns to the racist store director and no, I will not chat with some random person under the contact us section on their website. The store needs a major overhaul. Dont believe me about the people I mentioned, Shaws? Watch your store camera footage and see for yourself.
