Seems like mail never comes at the same time each day and is usually super late. And noticed we never have the same delivery driver its always someone different each week... Kinda ridiculous that north end of washington st is one of the last deliveries of the day... it makes no sense why north end of Washington street isn't done first considering it's on the same street as the post office...

I have mailed three things from my home on different days over the last three months. None of them have made it to their destinations. They were all sent to different places, so it is definitely an issue with the Bath Post office and/or my mailperson. Are our things being stolen again?

Half the drivers are lazy and either won't bring the mail at all if your road is bumpy or they bring the mail and leave it at the wrong house. Apparently they don't know how to read. There is no consistency across the drivers, some will leave large packages on the ground by the mailbox, some won't leave it at all and some will leave it by the door.And when they don't deliver it they make up lame excuses to explain their laziness.No work ethic.There is only one driver who is reliable and consistent, shame they aren't all like that....

Lovely gentleman was helping everyone and training a new employee. Helped me get answers about a package after the Phippsburg office was rude.I meant to apologize at the time for talking through the plastic screen opening at the time but I have hearing issues and wasn't able to understand him at all through the film. Thank you so much!! Sorry I probably looked like a weirdo!(Edited for grammar)

My mail was mistakenly sent to my abusive ex-roommates and they couldn’t even hang onto my packages for me and they don’t even arrive until tomorrow. Smh. It’s legally my mail and I kind of need it. So mad.

A perishable gift was left at my granddaughter’s house in an inappropriate place at 8:30 at night in 18* temps. The mailman didn’t take it to the door or let them know he was leaving it. It froze and is completely ruined and this USPS tells me they will do nothing to make a good on their goof.

Today I went to get my mail, I have one of those big metal boxes because it's an apartment complex, and when you get a package they put the key to the other box in your personal box so you can get your package. Well the key to get my package didn't even work, (it's done this before but I eventually got it to work), and the key actually broke off in the keyhole. Well I called, and they're going to change the locks, but he said not till tomorrow even though I stressed that I really needed what was in there (HEART MEDICATION). He said "the maintenance guy can do it but I could also do it", but didn't want to take the time out of his day apparently, considering they will be closing in an hour. I just hope my HEART is okay. Thanks guys.
