Brought our two shaggy mates in after a long weekend of upland hunt training and hiking and swimming. The dog wash setup was well appointed and easy to use. Very reasonably priced with lovely front end staff.

What a great Pet supply store! The people are so caring and sweet! They took such fabulous care of my Dog Nestlè and I. There treat selection is off the chain and they’ve got really high quality dog foods to pick from at great prices. I wish I lived around here because we sure would be frequenting this place often. Again their staff is so helpful and friendly.

The owner saw us as we came in, and asked if we needed help. We were drawn to the prey themed toys for one of our dogs, and he told us some helpful information about the brand, and it gave us something good to consider for the future (we weren't there for toys), he asked about our dogs and helped us find the right size things for our pets. He was super friendly.
We told him about some stuff that a shop near where I live (NY), and said he would check them out because they also have some good ideas.
I like how the store is organized, the front space has toys and treats and is very open, while the second room has bags of food stacked on shelves. Makes it easier to find what you need, and makes the store more inviting. Bath seems very dog friendly!

Went in to grab a harness, some soap, and other things for our corgi, Leia. The shop is beautiful and the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful while also very chill.
We love our local pet shop!

Outstanding pt store. Great variety of food for dogs and cats including frozen raw and frozen cooked. Carrots only premium type food. Staff a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend

We hadn’t been @ Loyal Biscuit in a few months, and my husband and I stopped in to buy our Nola a new collar and some treats. When we went to the register to pay, the cashier had already brought up our account information to make sure we were rewarded for our purchase. She remembered us as customers…now that’s what we call exceptional customer service!

The staff are AMAZING. They are amazingly educated on all their products, and if they don't carry something that will work for your pet, they will create a recurring auto special order. They are honestly just the best. 8 paws up from Annie and Dixie!

Nice store and very friendly staff. Our dog rolled around in some very smelly decay in a marsh near by. We were very thankful that Loyal Biscuit had a self serve wash station. Very reasonably priced and everything provided. Thanks Loyal Biscuit.
